ExaSecurity aims to provide security for the AI era. We are the dedicated security subsidiary of ExaWizards, and we carry its mission of solving social issues through AI into a problem that AI transformation now forces onto every organization. The company works across two areas: Securing AI, where we assess and harden the AI systems clients build or rely on, and AI-powered security, where we put AI to work alongside conventional security operations.

Mission of This Position / このポジションのミッション

As a Security Engineer focused on AI, you will own the Securing AI practice. You will assess and red team the AI systems clients depend on, help design the organizational AI-usage assessment process, and build the methods that make the work repeatable and consistent.

AI領域に特化したセキュリティエンジニアとして、「Securing AI」の実践を主導していただきます。クライアントが依存するAIシステムの評価とレッドチーム演習を実施し、組織的なAI利用評価プロセスの設計を支援するとともに、業務を再現可能かつ一貫性のあるものにするための手法を構築します。

 

Business Content / 業務内容

• Assess and red team AI systems: LLMs, generative-AI applications, and agents
• Test AI-specific attacks such as prompt injection, jailbreaks, data exfiltration, and privilege escalation
• Design and run organizational AI-usage assessments
• Develop the assessment methods and methodology for AI-system security
• Join conventional security assessments
• Write reports and present fixes to clients

• プロンプトインジェクション、ジェイルブレイク、データ持ち出し、特権昇格などのAI特有の攻撃のテスト
• 組織的なAI利用評価の設計と実行
• AIシステムセキュリティのための評価手法と方法論の開発
• 従来のセキュリティ評価への参加
• レポートの作成とクライアントへの修正案の提示

 

Tech Stack / 技術スタック

• AI/ML: LLM APIs, open models, agent frameworks
• AI security tooling: adversarial and red-teaming frameworks, including open-source LLM red-team tools
• Conventional assessment tools where they apply, such as Burp Suite
• Environments: cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) and on-prem

Team Structure / チーム体制

As a newly launched subsidiary with a small founding team, you will initially report to the Representative Director. You sit alongside the other early engineers and the business development members, with direct access to the wider ExaWizards group. The structure is flat and you own your engagements end to end. As the company grows, so too will this structure.

少人数の創設メンバーによる新設子会社であるため、当初は代表取締役に直接レポートしていただきます。他の初期エンジニアや事業開発メンバーと席を並べ、より広範なExaWizardsグループにも直接アクセスできる環境です。組織構造はフラットであり、案件を最初から最後まで一貫して担当していただきます。会社の成長に伴い、この組織構造も発展していきます。

Employment Type / 雇用形態

• You will be seconded to ExaSecurity Inc., a newly established wholly owned subsidiary of ExaWizards Inc.
• The same employment conditions as those of ExaWizards Inc., including benefits, will apply.

Required Qualifications / 応募資格（必須）

• A practical understanding of how machine learning, LLMs, and generative AI work
• Experience in security assessment, especially in AI-system vulnerability and risk assessment, from research or industry
• The ability to document technical findings clearly and systematically
• Business-level Japanese for client work, report writing, and internal communication

• 機械学習、LLM、生成AIの仕組みに関する実践的な理解
• 研究または業界におけるセキュリティ評価の経験（特にAIシステムの脆弱性およびリスク評価の経験）
• 技術的な発見を明確かつ体系的に文書化する能力
• クライアントワーク、レポート作成、社内コミュニケーションに必要なビジネスレベルの日本語力

 

Preferred Qualifications / 応募資格（歓迎）

• AI red teaming, AI safety evaluation, or adversarial ML experience
• Conventional penetration testing or vulnerability assessment
• A research, open-source, or speaking record in AI security

• 従来のペネトレーションテストまたは脆弱性評価の経験
• AIセキュリティ分野における研究、オープンソース活動、または登壇実績
