Geniee is actively utilizing AI technology in product development, and in its products "GENIEE SFA/CRM" and "GENIEE CHAT", we provide AI-related functions that lead to improved business efficiency and productivity for our customers, such as automatic summarization of meeting minutes and automatic creation of emails using ChatGPT.

Under these circumstances, the Group established a new subsidiary, JAPAN AI Co., Ltd., on April 11, 2023, to further promote implementation consulting, product provision, and R&D related to AI technology.

JAPAN AI Co., Ltd. develops and provides various AI products to improve the productivity of Japan companies and revitalize industries with the purpose of "passing on Japan and leaping the potential of workers with AI". In order to develop advanced products, we are also conducting research in various large language models such as ChatGPT and GenerativeAI.

 

Recruitment Background

Established in April 2023, JAPAN AI Co., Ltd. plans to rapidly expand its business in the future.

As a result, it is necessary to accurately grasp various requests and market needs, how to solve problems using the latest generative AI technology, and to conduct one-stop and speedy research on papers, model construction (structural conversion of existing models), development implementation, and solution provision.

 

Position Details

In this position, you will be in charge of UI/UX design for SaaS products that utilize Generative AI provided by our company.
It is our responsibility to design and build highly efficient and reusable front-end systems to support complex web applications.

As the leader of the UI/UX team (4 or more members), you will work closely with each engineer and product team to introduce new features and provide the best UI.

 

Specific duties

• Design and implement reusable UI components
• Evolution of the current UI
• As the leader of the UI/UX team, lead and coordinate the team's development plan
• Work with web applications using TypeScript, React, Figma, etc.

Attractiveness of this position

As a front-end lead engineer, you will be responsible for the following tasks in the development of new AI-based applications:

• Designing and implementing interfaces that enable interactive interaction between users and generative AI
• UX design and implementation to understand the characteristics of generative AI, such as long processing times and inconsistent results, and to deliver them in a user-friendly manner.
• Design and implement systems to effectively provide various types of AI-generated content, such as images and sounds, in addition to language processing

 

Ways of working

• It will be a hybrid work of coming to the office three days a week and working remotely two days a week.

 

Prerequisite

Web service front-end development experience: 3 years or more

• Next Experience: More than one year
• More than three years of experience with React
• More than three years of experience with TypeScript
• Experience as a development team leader: 1 year or more

 

Desirable conditions

• Experience in development in the 0-1 phase of the product
• Tech Lead and other technical leadership experience: 1 year or more
• Experience working with Figma (and other design tools)
• Experience in building design systems
• Experience in playing with various UI libraries
• Experience in building CI/CD
