About the Position

Givery aims to provide the missing link that our clients need to scout, hire, and train world-class engineers.
We are profitable, privately owned, and headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.

As our business and global expansion accelerate, our leadership team is spending more time on cross-team coordination and external communication.

To help our executives stay focused on strategic work, we are looking for a Group Executive Assistant who can take ownership of scheduling, onboarding support, and operational coordination, and who can proactively propose how they can best support the group.

 

Our vision and the people we’re looking for

You will work closely with the heads of our development departments, as well as other engineering managers, in the role of Group Executive Assistant. Your mission is to maximize their time and impact through calendar management, communication coordination, and support for key operational tasks.

 

Responsibilities

  • Calendar management and scheduling for executives and managers
  • Supporting onboarding for mid-career hires (coordinating with and other teams)
  • Meeting and presentation support
  • Preparing presentation slides and documents
  • Organizing and prioritizing tasks for the executives

Application Requirements

Must have

  • 3+ years of professional work experience
  • Proven experience managing calendars and meetings for multiple stakeholders
  • Native-level Japanese and business-level English (able to handle email, chat, and basic meetings)

 

Nice-to-have

  • 1+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Group EA, senior secretary, or similar role supporting senior management in a company or global organization
  • Hands-on experience using Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides)

 

Language

Japanese: Native-level fluency
English: Business level
