Overview:

We are seeking a versatile Full Stack Engineer to join our team in building the next-generation AI healthcare platform. You will work across the entire technology stack—from backend infrastructure and APIs to frontend interfaces—helping shape an intuitive and impactful product for medical professionals.

This role is particularly exciting if you’re interested in applied AI. You will work closely with AI engineers to integrate real-time speech recognition, summarization, and natural language understanding into clinical workflows. You’ll also help optimize data pipelines, scale our services, and ensure fast, reliable user experiences.

If you're passionate about healthcare, AI, and building software that directly impacts people’s lives—we’d love to talk.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain both backend (Django, FastAPI, Node.js) and frontend components.
  • Design and manage database schemas and queries (Postgres, AWS RDS Aurora).
  • Build and deploy applications on cloud infrastructure (AWS).
  • Integrate with cloud-based AI services from AWS and Azure.
  • Collaborate in a cross-functional team to define, design, and ship new features.

Required Skills:

  • Development experience with Django, FastAPI, AWS RDS Aurora, Postgres, AWS Lambda, Node.js, and SQL.
  • Proficiency in frontend technologies.

Desirable Skills:

  • Deep experience with AWS and Azure AI services.
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining infrastructure (Infrastructure as Code).
  • Experience in other backend and frontend framework languages.

Ideal Candidate:

  • A product-minded engineer who can think about the entire system.
  • Adaptable and eager to work with a diverse set of technologies.
  • An excellent collaborator in a remote, global team setting.
