The Role
This is a rare opportunity to shape product strategy from the ground up at a company defining the next generation of anime production. You'll work directly with world-renowned studios, understanding their unique workflows and translating cutting-edge AI research into intuitive, powerful products that enhance human creativity rather than replace it.

- User Research & Insights: Conduct deep research with anime studios and creative professionals to understand complex workflows and pain points.
- Cross-Functional Development: Collaborate with engineering, design, and AI research teams to translate user needs into technical specifications.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of developments in generative AI, creative tools, and media production.
- Product Optimization: Use data-driven insights to continuously improve performance, adoption, and creative outcomes.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key customers and internal teams.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 3-5 years of PM experience, preferably in B2B SaaS for creative professionals, or AI/ML (specifically Generative AI).
- Bilingual Fluency: Native or near-native proficiency in both Japanese and English. Ability to conduct complex business discussions in both.
- Technical Fluency: Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- User-Centric Mindset: Proven track record of conducting research and designing solutions that delight professional users.
- Adaptability: Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments.
- Creative Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with animation or VFX workflows is highly valuable.
What We Offer
- Impact: Direct influence on the product direction of a company transforming a global industry.
- Growth: Unparalleled learning opportunities in AI and startup scaling.
- Team: Work alongside world-class engineers and AI researchers.
- Location: Based in Nakameguro, Tokyo, one of the world's creative capitals.
- Compensation: Competitive salary, meaningful equity package, and comprehensive benefits.
