Founders

Rakuda AI was founded by two serial entrepreneurs with complementary backgrounds in product, commerce, and AI.

Masaki Arakawa — Representative Director (CEO equivalent)

A serial entrepreneur with a track record of building and exiting a software-services company. Arakawa graduated from Keio University and then founded Amy Inc., which built a custom-software-development and marketing-support business. Arakawa successfully exited the company through a sale to Vector Inc., a Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime-listed group. At Rakuda AI, Arakawa leads overall strategy, client engagement, and delivery oversight.

Yudai Futai — Co-founder

A serial operator with deep experience across e-commerce, IoT, and HR-tech. Futai graduated from Kyoto University’s Faculty of Economics. He began his career at Rakuten as an e-commerce consultant, then moved to the IoT startup Qrio Inc. as Manager of Business Development. He went on to co-found scouty (now LAPRAS Inc.), a Japanese AI-driven HR-tech company. At Rakuda AI, Futai leads product, partnerships, and AI-product strategy.
