Position Overview

We're seeking an exceptional Senior Product Designer to join our team in Tokyo, one of the most vibrant and exciting cities in the world. As a Senior Product Designer at Money Forward, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse, multinational team to create experiences that help our customers so save time and money so they can focus on more meaningful strategic tasks.

 

Responsibilities

• Master the design process for our SaaS product, from concept to execution, leveraging your expertise in user-centered design and SaaS development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into intuitive and visually stunning user interfaces.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions, ensuring that our product meets the needs of our global user base.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups that bring our product vision to life.
• Ensure our brand identity and design principles maintain consistency across all product touchpoints.

 

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in product design, with a focus on SaaS development.
• Proven track record of delivering design solutions for web or mobile applications.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Miro, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in a multicultural environment.
• Fluency in English; Japanese language skills are a plus.
• Bonus points if you have shipped SaaS products for the global market.

Salary Range

Min 6,000,000 - Max 9,500,000 Japanese yen / year (Gross)

*Including fixed overtime work allowance of 45 hours for regular, non-legal hours, legal holidays and 40 hours for late-night work.

 

Location, Hybrid Work

• As a standard practice, a minimum of 2 days work from office attendance is mandatory, designated as team office days. Additionally, employees are encouraged to spend 3 or more days in the office.
• The specific "team office days" may vary depending on the assigned team.
• This policy may be subject to change based on the company's needs and work circumstances.
