Main Responsibilities
You will be assigned to a team responsible for internal approval workflow-related services across Money Forward Cloud.
Your tasks will include visualizing and organizing user issues and requirements, devising solutions, prototyping, and finalizing UI design.
In business applications, the workflow domain particularly requires the skill to translate complex requirements into user-friendly UIs.
Currently, in the domain, new service development is underway, as well as new feature development for existing services. Depending on your preferences and suitability, you may have the opportunity to be involved in either.
Initial Responsibilities
Upon joining, you will work with product managers and other designers on the following tasks:
- Requirements definition and information architecture
- Creation of user stories, service blueprints, customer journeys, and personas
- Prototyping with wireframes and flowcharts
- UI design using Figma
- Integration with the design system
Additional Responsibilities (Based on Your Interests)
- User research (qualitative/quantitative)
- Insight analysis
- Workshop planning and facilitation
- Post-release effectiveness evaluation and improvement
- Enhancing user touchpoints such as onboarding and support
Required Skills and Experience
- Over 3 years of experience in UI design for software applications (experience with B2B or business applications is not mandatory)
- A mindset for collaborating with members from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds
- Willingness to learn English, as some teams require documentation and meetings in English
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Experience in designing large-scale web services or applications
- Deep involvement in digital product design
- Experience in service design for startups or new businesses
- Experience in building and operating design systems
- Basic knowledge and practical experience in user research and analysis methods
- Basic knowledge and practical experience in information architecture and modeling such as OOUI and DDD
- Experience in front-end engineering
- Understanding of marketing and business

Salary Range
- Min 6,500,000 - Max 9,500,000 Japanese yen / year (Gross)
*Including fixed overtime work allowance of 45 hours for regular, non-legal hours, legal holidays and 40 hours for late-night work.
Location, Hybrid Work
- As a standard practice, a minimum of 2 days work from office attendance is mandatory, designated as team office days. Additionally, employees are encouraged to spend 3 or more days in the office.
- The specific "team office days" may vary depending on the assigned team.
- This policy may be subject to change based on the company's needs and work circumstances.
