Senior Infrastructure/Desktop Engineer

Mujin is a robotics company with its own software development in an internationally diverse environment. In the past 12 years. Currently, we’re rapidly expanding our business in Japan, US, and China. In order to establish and reinforce our stable IT environment, you will be responsible for the following jobs.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the backend provisioning systems for PCs and application deployment (e.g. commercial provisioning software and custom in-house tooling)

Design and implement desktop/infra solutions to support the organization's IT operations.

Manage Provisioning tools for PC(Linux, Windows)  environment

Provide L3&4 technical/user support and solution for any escalated IT issues, including ticket management

Manage, deploy, secure and maintain Mujin's endpoints using our selected MDM platform

Asset tracking and inventory management of IT-related assets and software licenses

Vendor engagement for purchasing and quotation requests

Automate operation, procedure  through scripting or other possible methods

Create and maintain technical documentation as required by international standard

Requirements

Thorough or advanced knowledge of Windows OS, Mac OS and Linux OS

Experience with setting up and pre-configuring OS(Linux, Windows) as part of PC provisioning automation

Experience with PowerShell (for Windows) and Shell scripts (for Linux)

Experience with SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager)

Experience with Preseed / Ansible Playbook (Linux)

Experience in L3/L4 technical support to employees or customers

Packages management / dependency resolution 

Preferable Requirements

Autopilot or Smart Deploy

Any MDM platform like Apple Business Manager or Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune)

Python scripting

Web application development

Conceptual knowledge of basic networking and security

Basic knowledge about Autodesk and Adobe products and their license handling.

Working Hours

8:45～17:45 (Includes 1-hour break)
