Main Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Senior Designers to create new features and improve the UI/UX of existing features with the user experience as the first priority
  • Take on a variety of challenges to deliver new securities product experiences to users
  • Responsible for the total UI/UX design for PayPay securities native apps, PayPay securities mini-apps (point management and asset management mini-apps accessed through PayPay), PC trading sites, and management tools
  • UX flow and UI design based on concept and design system
  • Quantitative and qualitative research and analysis using questionnaires and interviews
  • Analysis and improvement proposals using numerical analysis tools

 

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of experience in mobile service (iOS/Android apps, Web) UI design experience
  • Working experience in UI/UX design using Figma, Overflow and Adobe
  • Business level in either English or Japanese (Native Japanese speaker or JLPT N1 equivalent)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Product Design in the Financial domain
  • Practical experience in design utilizing HCD (Human-Centered Design) and design thinking
  • Experience in in-house service operation
