Product Manager / プロダクトマネージャー

Job Description

This position will be involved in the development of the main product “medimo for clinic” and will be responsible for designing and developing an optimal user experience. There is a possibility to be in charge of launching multiple new products.

 

Qualifications (Required)

• Experience leading development teams (design and management of Scrum events, etc.)
• Experience in UI/UX design
• Experience conducting user interviews
• Experience in release management/maintenance operations

 

Non-technical skills

• Experience in specification and documentation (user stories, product roadmap, etc.)

 

Qualifications (Welcome)

• Experience in product specification development, including specification hearings and consensus building
• Experience in the development and operation of systems that handle generative AI

主力プロダクト「medimo for クリニック」の開発に携わっていただき、最適なユーザー体験の設計と開発を実現して頂くポジションとなります。複数プロダクトの新規立ち上げを担当いただく可能性もあります。

 

応募資格（必須）

• 開発チームのリード経験 (Scrum events等の設計・マネジメント）
• UI/UX設計経験
• ユーザーインタビューの実施経験
• リリース管理 / 保守運営経験

 

ノンテクニカルスキル 

• 仕様策定とドキュメント作成経験（ユーザーストーリー、プロダクトロードマップ、etc.）

• 生成AIを扱うシステムの開発・運用経験のある方
