Engineering Manager(TROCCO®/COMETA®)

Work on a target market size of approximately 2 trillion yen

Japan's data management market is expected to reach 18 billion yen in 2024, and the data integration market in North America is expected to exceed 2 trillion yen in 2026. In response, we aim to increase the number of companies using TROCCO® by more than five times the current amount in three years in the domestic market, and to 2,000 companies in the overseas market in five years, and are expanding our business with the aim of becoming the de facto standard on a global scale.

Job Background

In light of the business plans of TROCCO® and COMETA®, which are accelerating their expansion both domestically and globally, we also need to expand our development organization. We would like to entrust you with creating a foundation in cooperation with the CTO, VPoE, and HR as an engineering manager, and consider the medium to long-term organizational structure and development.

The issues that you'll tackle

• Maximize throughput for customer requests
• Design organization, environment, and flow to increase development speed and productivity
• Design optimal architecture and communication paths in anticipation of team expansion
• Collaboration between PdM and engineers, improving task granularity and estimation accuracy
• Build organization in anticipation of business growth, develop recruitment plans, and conduct recruitment activities

Responsiblities

With further enhancements to TROCCO®'s functionality, global expansion, and the development of new products, we are looking to expand our engineering organization in the future. While working together on the issues listed above, you will be responsible for improving the organization's productivity and maximizing growth.
