Description:

We are looking for a design leader for the product team responsible for designing new features and improving UX for our in-house product, "Sales Marker." The ideal candidate will be entrusted with team management and project leadership responsibilities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Managing and training team members (3-4 members).
  • Product Design: Designing new features for "Sales Marker" and leading UX improvements.
  • Design System: Establishing design rules and building a comprehensive design system.

 

Scope of Business Changes:

  • Duties as Determined by the Company: Duties may change but only in alignment with the employee’s preferences.

 

Required Skills:

  • Team management experience (3-4 members).
  • UI/UX design experience for web services.
  • Proficiency in designing with Figma.
  • Business-level Japanese.
  • Conversational-level English.

 

Welcome Skills:

  • UI/UX design experience for SaaS and B2B services.
  • Experience in building and operating a design system.
