Description:
We are looking for a design leader for the product team responsible for designing new features and improving UX for our in-house product, "Sales Marker." The ideal candidate will be entrusted with team management and project leadership responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Managing and training team members (3-4 members).
- Product Design: Designing new features for "Sales Marker" and leading UX improvements.
- Design System: Establishing design rules and building a comprehensive design system.

Required Skills:
- Team management experience (3-4 members).
- UI/UX design experience for web services.
- Proficiency in designing with Figma.
- Business-level Japanese.
- Conversational-level English.
