Japanese Language Policy
Sales Marker’s Japanese language requirement varies based on the position, but they don't require Japanese skills for Engineers. While the Product and Engineering team has members from various backgrounds, many employees in other departments can't speak English, so the more Japanese you know, the better.
Paid Leave
For the first year of employment, Sales Marker offers 10 days of paid leave after 6 months you're with the company. From there, the number of paid leave increases year by year based on the Japanese labor law. They also have 3 summer vacation days and special leaves during your first 6 months.
