We are looking for a Design Leader for our product team to manage the team and lead projects focused on designing new features and improving the UX of our product "Sales Marker." Come and have a chat with one of our members!

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop team members (3-4 people expected).
  • Lead the design and UX improvements of new features for "Sales Marker."
  • Consider design rules and build design systems.

 

Requirements

  • Team management experience (3-4 members expected).
  • Experience in UI/UX design for web services.
  • Experience with Figma.
  • Conversational level of Japanese or above
  • Conversational level of English or above
     

Nice to have

  • Experience in UI/UX design for SaaS or B2B services.
  • Experience in building and operating design systems.
