What we are looking for
The Enterprise Engineer drives the development design and execution of products, tools, and services to empower Tailor's employees.
Unlike a traditional Corporate Engineer, Enterprise Engineer does not optimize a company's IT systems and operations to fit third-party software. Instead, it builds solutions with custom products tailored to Tailor's unique and client needs.
By empowering each and every employee, the Enterprise Engineer will be the driving force behind Tailor's business growth, organizational scale, and productivity.
Details
- Support Information Systems Operations
- Design and execute the development and implementation of internal IT systems, improved employee experience, and operational efficiencies using Tailor Platform products (or third-party software)
- Build and lead enterprise engineering teams as Tailor's business grows
What you will bring

- Knowledge of overall IT governance
- Experience in systemizing corporate operations
- Experience in project management related to system implementation
- Knowledge and experience with modern security such as Zero Trust Security
- Experience in designing, building, and developing systems for authentication and authorization such as LDAP/SAML

Enterprise Engineerは、Tailorの社員の力を引き出すための製品、ツール、サービスの開発設計と実行を推進します。
従来のCorporate Engineerとは異なり、Enterprise Engineerはサードパーティ製ソフトウェアに合わせて会社のITシステムやオペレーションを最適化することはしません。その代わり、Tailorのユニークかつクライアントニーズに合わせたカスタム製品によってソリューションを構築します。
エンタープライズエンジニアは一人一人の従業員の力を引き出すことによって、Tailorの事業成長・組織スケール・生産性向上の原動力となることを目指しています。
業務内容
- 情報システム業務のサポート
- Tailor Platform製品（もしくは、サードパーティ製ソフトウェア）を用いて、社内のITシステム、従業員体験の向上、業務効率化の開発設計と実行
- Tailorの事業成長に合わせたエンタープライズエンジニアリングチームの構築とリード

Founded in the year 2021, Tailor is developing a headless ERP platform. It enables users to build core systems ("ERP") to support the operations of large companies.
