SREs are responsible for the construction and operation of the infrastructure that supports the Tailor Platform, as well as the automation of operations and systems, failure response, as well as the development and operation of the infrastructure to improve overall reliability and scalability. The tech lead will act as a playing manager, leading by example while working hands-on.
Job Details
- Development of tools to automate deployment and configuration of servers.
- Monitoring and performance tuning of applications, middleware, and cloud services
- Failure detection, capacity planning, etc.
- Lead the team by example, implementing best practices
What you will bring...
- Experience with AWS, GCP, and other cloud services
- Experience or interest in operating Infrastructure as Code such as Terraform
- Programming skills to add functionality and fix bugs in applications and middleware necessary to improve system performance and reliability
- Basic knowledge of network protocols such as TCP/IP and HTTP
- Ability to build and operate a monitoring environment for fault detection and capacity planning.
- Experience in operating RDBMS such as PostgreSQL
- Experience as Tech Lead/ Manager
- Experience as an Individual contributor
- Written and spoken Japanese skills (JLPT N2)

- Experience in building and operating large-scale cloud infrastructures
- In-depth knowledge of Linux
- Experience in building and operating a log collection and analysis infrastructure for rapid data analysis

Details
Salary: 12M - 30M

- Deployやサーバー構築の自動化やそのためのツール類の開発
- アプリケーションやミドルウエア、クラウドサービスの監視、パフォーマンスチューニング
- 障害検知、Capacity Planningなど
- ベストプラクティスを考えながらチームを牽引
応募条件（必須）
- AWS、GCP等の各種クラウドサービスの利用経験
- TerraformなどInfrastructure as Codeの運用経験、もしくは興味をお持ちの方
- システムのパフォーマンスや信頼性を向上させるのに必要なアプリケーション、ミドルウェアへの機能追加、バグ修正を行うためのプログラミング能力
- TCP/IP、HTTPなどのネットワークプロトコルについての基礎知識
