Frontend Engineer

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced "Frontend Engineer" work with a fast growing global start-up in the crypto/blockchain industry. We are looking for a team player who can sink their teeth into the day work. All whilst thinking fast on your feet or in a chair or wherever you happen to be and can comfortably work in a fast-paced environment alongside a passionate team who are located across the world.

Job Summary

• Development of web application for PCs and PWA apps for mobiles
• Connecting on-chain technology such as cooperation with Crypto currency wallet
• Building a NFT marketplace
• Performance tuning / operation / maintenance of the above development

What We Look For In You

• Professional experience with the front end of web applications (more than 5 years)
• Experience developing web applications using TypeScript
• Experience developing web applications using JS frameworks such as React and Next.js
• Released at least one application and demonstrated its capabilities
• Familiar with the latest trends and best practices in front-end architectures, including performance, security and usability.
• Able to work with the Japanese time zone (UTC + 09: 00)
• Sincere and have an understanding of different cultures
• Ability to work in Japanese language
• Able to communicate in Japanese / English using translation tools

Nice To Haves

• Experience of connecting on-chain technology such as calling contracts and linking with cryptocurrency wallets
• Experience developing applications using Recoil for State management
• Experience in developing applications that communicate with API servers using GraphQL
• Able to identify hackings and other fraudulent activities in the application and resolve them effectively and efficiently.
• Understanding of blockchain technology and NFT
• Work experience in English speaking environment

This is fully remote position, minimal of 20hrs per week.
