We Zehitomo, a fast-growing startup based in Tokyo, hold up our whole mission: “Bring the local services market online, and use AI to deliver extraordinary experiences”.
Based on the mission, our UX designer inspires our users, creates valuable encounters between “Pro”s (high-skilled professional workers registered in our platform) and their clients in local communities, and leads them to memorable success.
In order to achieve the huge challenge, the person will be required to devise innovative ideas which connect AI and rich user experiences as a UX expert, working with other excellent teams such as Growth, Sales, Customer Success, and BizDev.

Mission 

• 様々な手法の調査を用いてのユーザーインサイトの理解
• ユーザーリサーチ、データを駆使したユーザーペルソナの作成
• UXにおける因果関係を指標として定義し、評価分析・改善する
• 情報設計とワイヤーフレーム、プロトタイプの作成
• UX改善のための手法の開発と実施
• UIデザイナーと協業し魅力的なデザインを実装する
• 設計のアイデアとプロトタイプを開発者に伝達する
• Growth、Sales、カスタマーサクセス、ビジネスディベロップメント、Productチームと協力し、全体像を把握し、UXを改善する

• Be in tune with users and understand user psychology with various type of research
• Create personas through the user research and data
• Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success
• Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs
• Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability)
• Pair up with UI Designer to implement attractive designs
• Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers
• Align internal stakeholders (Growth, Sales, Customer Success, BizDev, and Product) via effective communication, get the big picture, and improve UX

Requirements

• UXデザイナー/プロダクトデザイナーまたは同様の役割としての業務経験
• デザインプロジェクトでのポートフォリオをお持ちの方
• インタラクションデザインとIA（情報アーキテクチャ）に知見がある方
• 各種デザインツールの利用経験
• HTML / CSSの知識
• ネイティブレベルの日本語

• Proven experience as a UX Designer/Product Designer or similar role
• Strong portfolio of design projects
• Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture (IA)
• Proficient in design software
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Native level Japanese and ability to work in the language

Nice to have

• モバイルアプリの構築経験（Android または iOS）
• プロダクトや機能セットのUX戦略の策定・実施を主導した経験
• プロジェクト管理と研究の経験
• 業界と市場の動向に関する知識
• アジャイルスクラムでの作業経験
• コミュニケーションレベルの英語力
• JavaScriptの知識
• Figma経験者優遇
