Our Japanese requirement varies based on the position. For many technical positions, Japanese is not required, but a nice to have. For others, business level Japanese skills will be required.

Amazon offers up to 14 days of paid leave for the 1st year, which increases each year afterward, up to 20 days of paid leave. Additionally, they provide 5 days of personal leave each year and special paid time off for events such as marriage and childbirth.
