Eighty Days

Eighty Days does not require Japanese skills for engineering positions.

Eighty Days offers the standard paid leave according to Japanese Law after completing six months of employment, in addition to all public holidays in Japan.

Many of Eighty Days employees have hometowns overseas. They often take longer holidays during the summer or winter. The number of paid leave days increases each year (e.g., 11 days in the second year, 12 days in the third year).
