Jamm does not require Japanese skills for their developers. All internal documents and meetings are in English. However, the design roles will require Japanese, since Jamm’s user-facing language is Japanese.

Jamm offers 15 days of paid leave per year, with an additional 5 days off for winter holidays.

Jamm requires employees to work in-office for at least 3 days per week. This means that employees must be living near the office or within commuting distance.

Jamm offers flexible working hours with core time from 10:00 to 16:00.

Tech gear support may be introduced in the near future if there are requests from members.
