In March 2018, they entered into a capital and business alliance with one of Japan's largest real estate service developers, and raised a total of 800 million yen in funding.

Finally, in September 2018, they opened "Theatel Haneda" at Haneda Airport. Focused on hotels with under 50 rooms, the company is driving smarter operations to make the most of every space and every stay.
