Responsibilities
You will be responsible for providing support and proposing technical solutions to customers of Autify for Web and Autify for Mobile, our AI-powered software test automation platforms.
- Onboard customers to Autify.
- Create and implement onboarding processes based on customer attributes.
- Quantify, analyze, and utilize information such as usage data.
- Suggest optional features and drive upsells and cross-sells.
- Provide feedback to the product team.
- Respond to customer inquiries.
Requirements
- Experience with any of the following or equivalent:
- Testing web-based services and native applications.
- Developing - or directing the development of - web services or native applications.
- Providing recommendations and/or offering support in relation to a client’s application development as a Solution Architect, PM, or similar.
- Business-level Japanese.
- Basic conversational English or willingness to learn English.
Preferred
- Customer success experience with SaaS products.
- Experience in SaaS product sales and post-sales roles.
- Experience working on quality control/improvement.
- Experience with automated testing tools such as Autify.
- Experience with E2E test automation using Selenium, Appium, or similar.
- JSTQB certified.
- Business-level English.
