What you’ll do

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring sustainable results from Sales to Delivery. You will have a direct role in outreach, strategy, architecture, and implementation. You will also help collect customer feedback to ensure we continue to expand and improve our products. Customer-focused, you will understand our partner’s business strategy and challenges, and their technical landscape so we can act as trusted advisors to enhance their business. You will work directly with the COO.

Core Responsibilities

  • Responsible for outreach to interested customers and potential customers.
  • Responsible for creating the implementation architectures for the account and securing acceptance of the project.
  • Responsible for driving activity for business expansion.
  • Help craft bespoke pitch decks and solutions for our partners.
  • Define, communicate and drive Callback positioning within the landscape of web3 and NFT distribution.
  • Drive product adoption and value within the account, help sustain product stability with our Engineering Team and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively engage and act as a point of contact for our partners and stakeholders.
  • Travel to customer onsite locations.

What you’ll bring

  • 3+ years of experience in a business development role with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Some technical experience (you should be familiar with some web technologies and be able to explain them)
  • You should be fluent in Japanese with conversational English.
  • Living in Japan (We provide Japanese work visa sponsorship)
  • Excellent communication skills and organizational skills.
  • Creative problem solver.

Preferred Skills

  • Good understanding of web3 and associated business use cases.
  • Experience with software sales.

  • There is a 6-month contract period with the possibility of converting to full-time employment, subject to review.
  • We are currently based in Daikanyama, Tokyo.
