Degica is a fintech company that operates payment platform KOMOJU. We process payments for companies worldwide through credit card acquiring and processing of alternative payments such as Konbini, Digital Wallets, and other payment methods.

Degica is based in Tokyo, Japan, and has a strong footprint in the domestic market, as well as the global market, especially Europe and South Korea.
As a Growth Hacker, you will be responsible for driving user growth engagement for our payment platform KOMOJU. The Growth Hacker will build, track, and optimize campaigns across a variety of growth levers including push notifications, email, SMS, and more. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders in Product, Engineering, and Business.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and coordinate the launch of growth campaigns – using channels such as landing pages, push notifications, SMS, in-app messaging - and products from ideation experimentation to scaling, measuring, and iterating
- Identify actionable opportunities and best practices to improve the opt-in funnel and onboarding performance
- Optimize key product funnels and marketing campaigns., across all user stages, to reach growth goals
- Leverage A/B platforms and other best practices to create and test growth-focused hypotheses
- Collaborate with Editorial and Product Teams from initial design phase to testing, product development and execution, to increase company KPIs around activation, engagement and retention of product lines
- Produce campaign messaging and generate campaign creatives as needed
- Develop dashboards and provides analysis and insights to cross-functional teams and partners on an ongoing basis. Present updates on strategy and results to leadership
- Be an internal subject matter expert on marketing campaigns, push notification platform/experiences. and AB testing approaches
- Influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain alignment on new growth opportunities. Make data-driven decisions and work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams
Requirements
- 3+ years of writing direct marketing messages targeted to specific user segments and with specific goals in mind
- 3+ years of business-to-consumer growth experience across marketing and/or product
- Proficient in Excel and familiar with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., BigQuery, Matillion and Tableau), with analytics (e.g. GA, Firebase Console) and A/B testing frameworks
- Previous experience developing pages and campaigns that require custom HTML and CSS
- Ability to analyze performance, provide insights, and proactively suggest campaign improvements to improve performance and customer lifetime value
- BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
