Business content / 業務内容

As a member of the cloud operations group, you will ensure the seamless operation of our cloud platform while empowering the product team with efficient, data-driven tools to enhance product development and business decisions. You will drive automation efforts, improve operational efficiency, and contribute to the design and maintenance of critical infrastructure systems.

応募資格（必須）

3+ years of experience in DevOps/SRE
Experience with data analysis and data visualization
Proficiency in at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, Bash)
Solid knowledge of AWS and best practices for building applications on AWS
Experience in managing and developing large-scale orchestration systems like Kubernetes/ECS
Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform
Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative team player
Business-level English & conversational Japanese (N2)
DevOpsまたはSREとしての実務経験3年以上

1つ以上のスクリプト言語（例：Python、Bash）に習熟していること

About ExaWizards

ExaWizards is an AI start-up with a simple mission: solve social issues using AI and create a happy society. But to achieve it, they’re tackling issues across a wide variety of industries: Care tech, HR, fintech, medicine, security and more. They believe AI can help solve problems in all these areas, and they’re determined to do just that. Their business model can be broken into two different flows: project-focused and product-focused. For project-focused initiatives, they start from scratch. Their ML engineers and consultants identify business problems and build models aimed at solving them. In their product flow, they take the ML models developed for specific problems and generalize them to be useful for a wider array of problems. Normally they develop these solutions into SaaS products.

Japanese Language Policy
Japanese skills are not strictly required. They also offer some support for helping with Japanese language study, but those who don’t speak Japanese may have a more limited set of teams where they can work. They recommend employees have the ability to hold daily conversations in Japanese.
Paid Leave
At the start of the fiscal year (April 1st), employees receive their paid time off days for the year.

In the first year of employment, the number of days received will be relative to the number of months worked.

In the year after joining, employees receive 15 days of paid time off, followed by 16 days the next year, and an additional two days beyond that for each year that passes.

Also, members from outside of Japan get two extra “return vacation” days in addition to this.

Remote Work

ExaWizards offers partial remote work, and do not currently implement full remote work.

All employees are required to come to the Tokyo head office once a week. There is a possibility that the frequency of office attendance may increase in the future.
Work style
For engineers and designers, ExaWizards uses a fully discretionary labor system (裁量労働制).
They don’t have a specific start time, nor do they have core hours.

Members with children are able to use this system to make time to drop off children at school or fulfill any other obligations.
Doctorate Support Program

ExaWizards has a special support program for people who want to continue their doctoral studies while working. They even subsidize the costs (tuition, entrance fees etc) up to 2 million yen until graduation.
