Geniee is actively utilizing AI technology in product development, and in its products "GENIEE SFA/CRM" and "GENIEE CHAT", we provide AI-related functions that lead to improved business efficiency and productivity for our customers, such as automatic summarization of meeting minutes and automatic creation of emails using ChatGPT.

Under these circumstances, the Group established a new subsidiary, JAPAN AI Co., Ltd., on April 11, 2023 to further promote implementation consulting, product provision, and R&D related to AI technology.

JAPAN AI Co., Ltd. develops and provides various AI products to improve the productivity of Japan companies and revitalize industries with the purpose of "passing on Japan and leaping the potential of workers with AI". In order to develop advanced products, we are also conducting research in various large language models such as ChatGPT and GenerativeAI.

 

Recruitment Background

Established in April 2023, JAPAN AI Co., Ltd. plans to rapidly expand its business in the future.

As a result, it is necessary to accurately grasp various requests and market needs, how to solve problems using the latest generative AI technology, and to conduct one-stop and speedy research on papers, model construction (structural conversion of existing models), development implementation, and solution provision.

 

Position Details

In this position, you will be responsible for effective and experimental AI prompt engineering in order to make the product scalable.
We will create and maintain prompts in the product, develop data analysis functions using GPT, link with databases, optimize queries, etc.

 

Specific duties

• Prompt Design & Development:
  Design and develop prompts, such as templates and instructions, to be used as inputs for text and images generated by Generative AI.
  
  
• Quality Assessment and Improvement:
  It evaluates the quality of the output generated by Generative AI and improves and enhances the quality of the output by adjusting the prompts.
  
  
• Creation of experimental prompts and measurement of effectiveness:
  Create experimental prompts based on hypotheses for the problem and measure their effectiveness.
  
  
• Implement prompt automation:
  Use APIs and scripts to implement prompt automation.
  
  
• Data Content Management:
  Manage the data and content generated by Generative AI.
  
  
• Developing Data Analysis Capabilities:
  We will develop a data analysis function using GPT, link with databases, and optimize queries.

Team Structure

• There are four core function development teams, and about 30 engineers are enrolled.

 

Prerequisite

• Development experience using JavaScript or Python: 2 years or more
• Basic understanding of prompt engineering
• Have a basic understanding and interest in Generative AI
• Japanese (Fluent)

 

Desirable Conditions

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, machine learning or related field
• Those who can catch up with the latest technological trends and return knowledge and know-how to the organization
• Experience in product development using machine learning
• Practical experience in prompt design and development
• Experience with data analysis and query optimization
• Experience with automation using APIs and scripts
