About the Role
We’re hiring a Product & Business Operations Lead to own and streamline our internal systems at the intersection of product, engineering, finance, and legal. You’ll help ensure our pricing, billing, contracts, and internal tools work together smoothly—and are automated wherever possible. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role for someone who thrives in startup environments.
Responsibilities
Product Operations
- Manage internal workflows supporting product delivery and monetization.
- Collaborate with engineers to implement and maintain pricing & billing logic.
- Improve or automate internal systems using tools or scripts.
- Coordinate documentation and internal rollout for monetization features.
Billing & Revenue Operations
- Manage end-to-end billing operations: invoicing, usage tracking, issue resolution.
- Ensure pricing and usage are accurately reflected in backend and invoices.
- Work with finance and engineering to automate billing workflows.
- Maintain up-to-date pricing models and plan definitions.
Legal & Contract Operations
- Liaise with legal for contract negotiation, redlining, and approval.
- Manage contract lifecycle: tracking, storage, execution status.
- Align contract terms with billing and product entitlements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Translate business needs into scalable processes.
- Support teams across Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering.
- Evaluate and implement internal tools (CRM, billing, documentation systems).
Requirements
- 3–6 years experience in Product Ops, Business Ops, Revenue Ops, or similar
- Experience managing pricing, contracts, and billing workflows
- Strong problem-solver with attention to detail and systems thinking
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with legal, finance, and product
