Tech Lead - Senior Full Stack Engineer

Job Description

As a Tech Lead, we are looking for a senior full-stack engineer.　

Main Responsibility:

• Improving 2 existing websites JPort Journal & JPortMatch　
• Recruiting & Leading the engineering team 
• Developing credit card API application service to unite JPort websites 

Others

• Contribute to the whole team as a first digit employee
• Collaborate with community team, career business team and biz dev team 

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as an engineer 
• Framework： Laravel
• Backend ：PHP (3+ years experience)  
• Frontend：Nuxt.js/Vue.js  (3+ years experience)
• Infrastructure ：AWS  (3+ years experience)　
• Experience as a team leader　
• Borderless mindset about foreign talents　

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in agile development 
• Experience at start-up
• Dev experience of Fintech service 
• Business level English 
• N3 or above Japanese proficiency
