At Money Forward Inc., we continue to push the boundaries of financial innovation. With a diverse suite of over 50 B2C, B2B, and B2B2C services, our commitment remains unwavering: to make financial challenges easier to navigate for everyone. A key component of these services is the data collected through "account aggregation" technology. As the volume of such data increases annually, a highly scalable system architecture is essential to ensure that the data can be used stably by each service.

The CTO's office is looking for a team of individuals who can collaborate to develop a common infrastructure. This infrastructure will deliver large-scale data to the service side more quickly and robustly through a microservice that accesses such data.

 

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the design, development, and operation of microservices compliant with the OpenAPI specification that support our services across the board.

You will also collaborate with a wide range of business domains, such as the data system managed by account aggregation, and be a key driver in the integration of such services, by assisting the planning and implementation of common infrastructure.

 

Qualification

• Experience in development/operation of web services using Java
• Strong knowledge of SQL
• Experience in designing and developing Web APIs and microservices
• Experience in data model design

 

Nice-to-have

• Experience in building systems on AWS
• Knowledge of software architecture design based on DDD
• Experience working in multinational teams
• Experience leading small teams
• Experience developing/operating web services using Golang
• Experience building with Kafka

 

Required language skills

• Japanese at business/native level
• English at business level(equivalent to TOEIC 700 points or above)

Location, Hybrid Work

• As a standard practice, a minimum of 2 days work from office attendance is mandatory, designated as team office days. Additionally, employees are encouraged to spend 3 or more days in the office
