IT Developer (Global IT Department)

At Money Forward, we are seeking IT Developer for our Global IT Department, a crucial position that supports our business growth. Under the mission "Move your money forward. The Global IT Department provides IT systems to the entire Money Forward Group, including overseas subsidiaries. While the main focus is on providing functions through SaaS, various developments such as integration with the HR department and ID management systems, integration between SaaS, Slack bots, and AI utilization occur. We are looking for individuals to take on these developments and operations.

You will be assigned to the Global IT department. This department oversees company-wide IT infrastructure, systems, and security, and is responsible for planning and executing IT strategies across domestic and international group companies. The mission is to optimize our IT environment from a global perspective, working with members from diverse backgrounds.

You will be responsible for developing and operating systems related to the operation of IT systems, primarily focusing on the employee ID management system. Specific tasks include:

• Designing, implementing, and improving the processes for generating, managing, and deleting employee IDs
• Building and operating the ID integration platform with various internal systems
• Connecting between SaaS, Slack bots, in-house task management apps, AI utilization, etc.

You will play a crucial role in supporting our business growth from an IT perspective. You will collaborate with Subject Matter Experts like Entra ID in the Global IT department to develop systems. Under the review of the CIO, you are expected to design, develop, and operate the entire system independently.

• Ability to manage projects from design to operation independently
• Capability to manage projects of about six months on your own
• Development experience with Python and/or JavaScript
• Experience using cloud services like GitHub, Docker, AWS, and Terraform
• Utilization of AI assistants or AI agents
• Basic knowledge of authentication and authorization

• Knowledge and experience with Entra ID
• Experience working as part of a large development team
• Scrum management using Jira
• Experience in AI development and/or experience in using AI tools to improve development processes.

• Japanese proficiency at a level where you can communicate internally using translation tools (equivalent to JLPT N3)
• Basic business-level English proficiency (equivalent to TOEIC 700 or above)
