Main Responsibilities

As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for: 

  • Creating and maintaining standards and practices for engineering and security.
  • Building internal software for automating releases and maintaining infrastructure. 
  • Providing architecture feedback and guidance to engineering teams for managing applications at scale. 
  • Identifying existing opportunities for improvement in infrastructure and release engineering. 
  • Continuously working to enable and empower engineers to operate at scale.  

 

Required Skills and Experience

  • Experience working as a full stack engineer, and performed releases for production applications (3+ years). 
  • Practical experience in design and operation in the fields of SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure (1+ years). 
  • Practical experience in the development and operation of production systems using cloud environments.  

 

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Experience using container orchestration systems such as Kubernetes, ECS, and Azure Cloud.
  • Experience in building and utilizing monitoring environments using monitoring and observability tools.
  • Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, such as Terraform.
  • Development experience through a peer review process using Pull Requests with Git. 
  • AI-driven development practices, with strong oversight and accountability for reviewing and approving AI-generated code. 
  • Experience in AI development and/or experience in using AI tools to improve development processes. 
  • Experience in AI development and/or experience in using AI tools to improve development processes.

    (Note: If you have other qualifications or experiences demonstrating English proficiency, such as EIKEN Pre-1, EIKEN 2nd Grade (CSE score 1950+), TOEFL iBT 60+, IELTS 5.0+, or Cambridge FCE.), feel free to discuss with us)
    For those without a TOEIC 700+ equivalent score, they will be asked to take a designated test during the interview process (generally after the first interview).
