In this role you will
- Deliver Moneytree Link solutions and integration projects, managing both internal and external resources.
- Document requirements, develop SOWs, and confirm project feasibility.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to secure project execution resources.
- Manage project vendors and internal resources to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
- Participate in vendor selection processes when required.
In the first days your expected deliverables will include
- Complete onboarding training with a mentor.
- Understand technical solutions delivered to our clients.
- Organize efficiently your own and your team calendar.
- Become a strong team player and raise our overall quality.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in an Engineering Manager role using client & server mobile technology and/or APIs.
- Ability to drive results with a passion for clear communication and clean, elegant solutions.
- Strong understanding of both waterfall and agile methodologies.
- Written and spoken Japanese ability is preferred.
- Experience in a Japanese client-facing role is beneficial.
Location & Benefits
- Work Style: Full time role, working remotely from anywhere in Japan.
- Allowances: Communication allowance (10,000 JPY/month) and Remote work allowance (3000 JPY/month).
- Leave: 20 annual paid leave days and 10 annual sick and care leave days.
