Who We Are Looking For 

We are looking for a Recruiter to help with administering and managing the day-to-day operations of our recruiting functions for our Palo Alto and Tokyo Studios. You will represent Moon in a professional manner, both internally and externally. Flexibility, curiosity, and multitasking are key given the dynamic nature of the role. We welcome candidates from anywhere in the world who are bilingual in English and Japanese to apply to this remote position. 

What You'll Do

• Support full cycle recruitment processes including job postings, coordination of interviews and hiring process, diligent candidate correspondence, and maintenance of candidate records via our applicant tracking system
• Source top talents for open roles, utilizing recruiting tools 
• Create and manage recruiting-related lists 
• Build good relationships with stakeholders such as hiring managers, Moon venture owners, and recruiting agencies

The Must-Haves

• Bilingual fluency in Japanese and English
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience
• 3+ years of in-house recruiting experience within a cross-cultural/international organization 
• Experience working with recruiting agencies
• Strong operational experience executing the day-to-day Recruiting function
• Ability to efficiently manage recruiting-related data and information
• Ability to take ownership of tasks in a fast paced environment
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills 
• Experience working within a cross-cultural/international organization 
• Knowledge of Japanese job market

The Nice-to-Haves 

• Experience working with applicant tracking system (preferably Greenhouse)
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Slack
