Japanese Language Policy
Our Japanese language requirement varies based on the position for our Tokyo hiring.

Moon offers an education allowance that MoonMates can spend to improve their language skills.
Paid Leave
Annual paid leave: 14 days (for the 1st year) *The number of paid leave depends on the month you join the company.

Other leave: Maternity and Paternity leave, Family care leave, etc.

Holidays: Japanese national holidays, New Year's holiday

Engineer Interview Process
Engineer positions
1. 1. Recruiter phone screen
2. 2. Online technical test
3. 3. 2-3 rounds of interviews with the Engineering team
4. 4. Final interview with Moon's leadership
Remote Work
During this State of Emergency period in Tokyo, at the Moon Tokyo Studio, we are asking all Tokyo MoonMates to continue to "work from home, in principle" “limiting/avoiding mass gathering” and “limiting/avoiding movement from one prefecture to another.”

Moon Creative Lab's remote system after COVID-19 is still under consideration.
Work style
Our Tokyo Studio regular working hours: 9:15-17:30, including 1 hour lunch break.

However, you can choose your starting time between 7:45-10:45 on a daily basis depending on your morning schedule.
