Senior Frontend Engineer for Robotics (Graphics track)

As Senior Frontend Engineer, you will lead the juniors and improve the performance of our real-time user interface including the 3D graphics engine.

The Mujin Frontend Team is focused on improving the UI/UX of our intelligent robot controller's web UI. Our UI will be used to model the 3D digital twin of the environment of the robot and enable the robots to plan their movement on their own.

You’ll work alongside highly capable and dedicated engineers who are advanced in the area.

Responsibilities/職務内容

Design and implement highly reusable, high-performance components for our real-time User Interface

Cooperate with Mujin designers to improve usability and user experience of Mujin products

Mentor junior team members through development and code review

Contribute to code quality control and testing framework

Minimum Requirements/必須要件

4 + years of work experience

BSc degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields, or equivalent academic or work experience

Proficient in TypeScript

Proficient in linear algebra and computer graphics

Familiarity with optimizing performance on WebGL

Experience building and deploying products using Babylon.js or Three.js

Product development experience for Web UI

Familiar with Linux software development and toolchain

Preferable Requirements/歓迎要件

Proficient in React development

Product development experience using any of Babylon.js, PixiJS

Experience with browser compatibility for mobile and desktop

Experience using Rust and WASM

Experience in code review and task management

Fluent in Japanese and English

8:45～17:45 (Includes 1-hour break)
