Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact to team members, answer questions, and help employees navigate all aspects of HR
- Partner with and support the HR manager to drive the team’s talent strategy and organizational changes
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment as well as professional growth
- Work with the HR Manager in the recruitment of technical and non-technical positions
- Support in the delivery of HR programs and processes related to workforce planning, employee engagement, performance reviews, promotion process, talent development, and overall talent management
- Support on-boarding and off-boarding processes
- Maintain and update work regulations & employment contracts with our Labor and Social Security Attorney
- Communication with external partners such as Labor and Social Security Attorney and lawyers
- Assist in drafting company policies, getting approvals
- Maintain work regulations and employee database
- Remain up to date on local employment legislation and compliance
- Help drive employee engagement across the organization and be an ambassador of nanameue’s culture
- Be proactive in helping improve company culture as well as HR support
Requirements
Must have
- 1+ years of experience as an HR generalist in a startup environment
- Experience in Recruitment and sourcing candidates
- Thrives in a fast-paced and action-oriented environment and is exceptionally organized
- Exceptional listening and communication skills with experience building relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Can work collaboratively across all teams
- Strong desire to help others and intellectual curiosity about people and organization issues
- Knowledge of Japanese labor law
- An outgoing and friendly attitude
Nice to have
- Have supported the scale of programs and processes in an accelerated growth phase
- Have experience working in tech companies (small to mid-sized)
- Have interests in web3 fields
- Heavy users of SNS
Languages
- Fluent Japanese
- Business level English
