Main Responsibilities

Create clear and concise PRDs and collaborate with various stakeholders including design team, engineering team, and QA team
Manage and execute the daily product development cycle with an eye on the product vision of PayPay Securities
Drive the timely implementation of ideas into the product without being constrained by precedents
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand user challenges and plan and execute to solve them
Identify metrics that allow for a deep understanding of the user experience and repeatable continuous improvement of it

Required Qualifications

At least 3 years of Product Management experience in the Internet/web company or an equivalent role
Bachelor’s degree in a technology related field or at least 3 years of technical experience
Business level in either English or Japanese (Native Japanese speaker or JLPT N1 equivalent)

Preferred Qualifications

Product Management experience in the financial domain

PayPay Securities is on the move of creating an international-friendly environment like PayPay's Product Division, where English is the main language, and having interpreters who can provide simultaneous translation when necessary.

Please note that:
- For Engineers, Japanese language skills are not required but are beneficial to have.
- For Product Managers and Product Designers, business-level Japanese is a must.
