Senior Security Engineer

Main Responsibilities

Architecture Review on security and threat modeling of existing and upcoming products and systems
Training and mentoring on security best practices and its practical application
Architect the automated security solution for setting management, vulnerability testing, logging, monitoring, incident responses etc.
Support and review manual testing when required, and perform automation
Working in a fast paced environment where projects and prioritization may change frequently but maintaining a secure product is a requirement for all team members

Required Qualifications

4+ years of product security experience
Experience leading projects tasked with improving product security and/or DevOps security
3+ experience in Java/PHP
Experience with ELK, Kafka, Redis
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and OCI
Basic knowledge of AWS EC2 and IAM
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Business level in either English or Japanese (Native Japanese speaker or JLPT N1 equivalent)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with one or more of the following: Golang, JavaScript/Typescript, Kotlin, Scala
Experience with securing Android and iOS Applications
Experience with ArgoCD, CircleCI Github Actions, Jenkins, Snky, SonarQube
Experience with MySQL/AuroraDB, DynamoDB, Neo4J
Experience with KMS, Secret Manager, WAF, Network (VPC and Subnet)
Experience in working on development and management in securities, finance, or similar industries
Experience in developing inhouse Product/Service
