Main Responsibilities

  • Architecture Review on security and threat modeling of existing and upcoming products and systems
  • Training and mentoring on security best practices and its practical application
  • Architect the automated security solution for setting management, vulnerability testing, logging, monitoring, incident responses etc.
  • Support and review manual testing when required, and perform automation
  • Working in a fast paced environment where projects and prioritization may change frequently but maintaining a secure product is a requirement for all team members

 

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of product security experience
  • Experience leading projects tasked with improving product security and/or DevOps security
  • 3+ experience in Java/PHP
  • Experience with ELK, Kafka, Redis
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and OCI
  • Basic knowledge of AWS EC2 and IAM
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Business level in either English or Japanese (Native Japanese speaker or JLPT N1 equivalent)

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with one or more of the following: Golang, JavaScript/Typescript, Kotlin, Scala
  • Experience with securing Android and iOS Applications
  • Experience with ArgoCD, CircleCI Github Actions, Jenkins, Snky, SonarQube
  • Experience with MySQL/AuroraDB, DynamoDB, Neo4J
  • Experience with KMS, Secret Manager, WAF, Network (VPC and Subnet)
  • Experience in working on development and management in securities, finance, or similar industries
  • Experience in developing inhouse Product/Service
