What you'll do in this role

You’ll implement features using React and CSS to materialize the vision of our designers and solve the needs of our users.

You’ll develop backend APIs and services (In Typescript or Java), new tests and tools for our services, and CI/CD.

You’ll identify and evangelize the team on new best practices in code health, testing, testability, and maintainability.

You’ll configure automated tests to execute reliably and efficiently in our CI/CD environments.

You should apply if:

You’ve got at least a few years of experience developing in React and NodeJS/Typescript.

You have experience integrating designs into working websites.

You’ve got experience with Git and its command line.

You’re interested in growing your knowledge and skills in Infra As Code (Kubernetes, Serverless Framework, AWS).

You're interested in growing your knowledge in Performance testing tools.

You know about clean code and the test pyramid and practice these concepts.

Meet the Team

  • The department you will be working in is the Business Development Office. It has an internal venture-like culture and is dedicated to launching new businesses
  • We are working in a Kanban fashion.
  • We are currently a team of 7 members (5 engineers, 1 designer, 1 PM).
  • We have a multinational team (France, Japan, Taiwan, Korea, China, and the UK), and communication within the company is mainly in Japanese, chat between developers in English, documentation is written in English, with occasional discussions in both English and Japanese.
  • Github for source code management, Scrum + Zenhub for progress management, Teams for work communication tools.

  • Provide the HRTech domain with more efficient and more accurate matching operations between HR and job seekers.
  • Help job seekers to use their skills and get jobs where they can be the most efficient. In particular, use AI (machine learning) technologies to improve matching accuracy through detailed job-seeking and job information analysis.
  • Work with recruiting, temporary staffing, and human resources to improve workflow and automation to increase operational efficiency.
