About Us

Quollio Technologies is a startup that develops and provides the Quollio® Data Intelligence Cloud. In just four years since our founding, we've successfully implemented our solutions for a variety of large enterprises, primarily publicly listed companies on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime Market.

 

Role & Mission

As a Frontend Engineer, you will be responsible for frontend development for our flagship product, the Quollio Data Intelligence Cloud. A key part of your mission will also be to maintain the quality and continuously improve localization for Japanese enterprise customers.

 

Your Responsibilities

• Cover the entire technical stack used in Quollio and develop and improve features in line with requirements and development plans.
• Collaborate with the UX team to create an intuitive and easy-to-understand user experience.
• Follow the guidance of management and team leads to deliver planned features with high quality.
• Collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders (such as Product Managers) through communication to deliver value to customers with the developed products.
• Actively participate in mutual discussions among team members and strive to improve design and processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of frontend development experience (practical experience with React, Remix, or Tailwind CSS is a plus).
• Business level Japanese communication skills.
• 2+ years of business English communication experience (conversation and documentation).

 

Preferred Experiences

• Experience developing software products for enterprise customers.
• Deep knowledge of data management, data engineering, and data analysis.
• Work experience in a B2B SaaS business.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

• チームメンバーやステークホルダー（プロダクトマネージャーなど）とコミュニケーションを通して密に協業し、開発した製品によりお客様に価値をお届けする
• メンバー間の相互的なディスカッションに積極的に参加し、設計やプロセスの改善を心がける

• 日本語でのコミュニケーション能力
• ビジネスでの英語でコミュニケーションの経験（会話・ドキュメント）：2年以上
