Liberont’s ideal candidate will have at least Conversational level Japanese skills.

Liberont members are provided 10 annual leave days in their first year, with an additional day granted for each subsequent year of service with the company, in accordance with the Japanese labor law.

Liberont's interview process typically involves three steps:

• Interview with the CEO: An initial 30-minute discussion with the CEO.
• Coding Test: Engineers must complete a simple coding test to verify their capabilities.
• Final Interview: A comprehensive final interview to assess your overall fit with the company.

Liberont's core working hours are from 9 AM to 6 PM. They offer flexibility to adjust your schedule to start earlier or later, depending on your legitimate needs.
