Why We Hire:
We are on the lookout for a Hybrid Machine Learning and Software Engineer to enhance our international AI product team. This unique role is designed to merge the realms of machine learning and software engineering, focusing on the development of AI-driven products for targeted marketing campaigns. Our goal is to bridge the gap between theoretical models and practical, scalable solutions that meet our marketers' needs.
Position Details:
The Machine Learning Engineer will be instrumental in transforming prototypes into production-level solutions, developing new features for our AI-driven marketing products, and designing robust machine learning architectures. This role requires a blend of machine learning expertise and software engineering skills to contribute to our technical vision and roadmap.

Mandatory Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher (Masters or Ph.D. preferred) in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a similar quantitative field.
- Programming Skills:Strong Python & SQL skills, with experience in Docker & Kubernetes.
- Machine Learning Frameworks: Comfortable working with various machine learning frameworks and selecting the appropriate framework for the job.
- Production Experience: At least 3 years of experience in shipping production Data Science/Machine Learning applications, covering the full spectrum from data pipelines to model training and inference (both batch and real-time), and tracking/observability.
