Position Details: 

  • Understand service and product specifications and project progress 
  • Provide technical guidance based on best practices of platforms 
  • Provide standard design for expanding new service easily 
  • Help resolve difficult technical problems users have 
  • Trouble Shooting of service in the trouble 
  • Promote improvement of platform products 
  • Promote global projects domestically as well as overseas 
  • Understand our technical products and promote them through internal education and promotion activities to improve utilization rate 

 

Mandatory Qualifications: 

  • System engineer or application engineer experience 
  • Proactive attitude towards supporting users 
  • Understanding of architecture for configuring Web service and how to identify problems 
  • Experience with Linux operating systems internals and / or networking 
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (ex. Jenkins, CircleCI) 
  • Experience in automation and configuration management using Chef, Ansible, Terraform, 
  • Experience with monitoring, troubleshooting 
  • Technical/Engineering Lead experience 
  • Ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing 
  • Reading ability of technical document written in English and Basic English technical writing skills 

  

Desired Qualifications: 

  • Experience in service operations with Docker, Kubernetes 
  • Experience Over 3 years of experience managing one of the following products: MySQL, Cassandra, Oracle, Couchbase, Hadoop or Kafka 
  • Proficiency in one or more of the following: Go, Python, C, C++, Java, Rust, Perl, Ruby or shell scripting 
  • Operation/Architect experience about platform migration from/to Public Cloud/On-premise 
  • Scrum Master, Project Manager Experience, Product management (PDM) experience 
  • Expert knowledge in at least one technical area 
  • Understanding of standard Internet protocols such as DNS, TCP / IP and HTTP 
  • Experience drafting configuration plans for users, as well as preparing and making proposal presentations. 
  • Experience working with overseas organizations 
  • Experience in handling customers outside the company 
  • Experience as a consultant 
  • Experience with cloud platform (ex. OpenStack, Public Cloud) 
  • Experience with container solution and tools (ex. LXC/Docker/Kubernetes/Mesos) 
  • Experience with and working knowledge of IP networking systems and protocols 
  • Experience with algorithms, data structures and software design 
  • Web application development experience 
  • Software Engineer for Test Experience
