Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor engineering teams following servant-leadership principles
• Foster team development and create a supportive, inclusive environment
• Oversee the technical direction of projects while maintaining high-quality standards
• Implement and maintain engineering best practices and agile methodologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and achieve project goals

Requirements

• Strong technical leadership experience in AI or software development
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong understanding of software development processes and agile methodologies
• Proficiency in both Japanese (for client communication) and English (for internal communication)
• Experience with cloud technologies and platforms
