【The Team】
The Product Management Department is one of the key teams supporting the growth of Sales Marker. By integrating AI agents and intent-based sales, we will provide a more intuitive, user-friendly product that enables anyone to achieve high results. We are involved in all phases of product development, closely collaborating with executives, business leaders, sales teams, consultants, designers, and engineers to create the best product experience. 【Your Job】
Responsibilities
In addition to the currently offered products such as "Sales Marker" and "Recruit Marker," we plan to launch more new products in the future. We are looking for individuals who can commit to driving the evolution and growth of our products to achieve PMF (Product-Market Fit). You will work closely with the executive team, business leaders, and development teams to deliver the optimal product to users with speed and high quality. Specifically, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Formulating product vision, goals, and roadmap
- Product management from requirements definition to release
- Initiating and prioritizing development items
- Conducting user interviews
- Metrics design and data analysis
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience with in-house products
- Experience from requirements definition to release
- Experience with fast-paced releases and multitasking
- Native-level Japanese proficiency
- Strong communication skills and logical thinking to engage in discussions with executives
- Experience in product quality management with a user-focused approach
Nice to have
- SaaS product management experience
- Domain expert experience (sales, field sales, marketing, HR, etc.)
- Experience in UX and user experience improvement
- Experience with B2B web services
- Experience with B2C web services
- Experience with gamification
- Experience in data analysis using SQL or similar tools
- Business-level English proficiency (or interest in learning English)
