As a Senior Product Manager
As a Senior PM on the AI Agent team, you will play a key role in delivering an AI-driven platform and leading the development of AI Agents.
Your typical day with us will involve leading frontend, backend, and AI/ML engineering teams to deliver a multi-Agent AI platform. You’ll be working closely with business teams and customers to understand how AI can be utilized to address key pain points and deliver excellent user experiences in commerce. Additionally, you will be responsible for setting the vision for our AI Agent system, defining AI applications, and driving the delivery of AI tools from conception to launch. Lastly, you will be partnering closely with Analysts and Data Engineers to utilize data to power AI-driven insights. Japanese proficiency is highly preferred to excel in this role.
Your Typical Day With Us:
- Drive the development and scaling of a multi-Agent AI platform
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to prioritize features, resolve technical challenges, and meet business objectives
- Define API requirements and manage dependencies with other product and engineering teams
- Partner with Data Engineering teams to design and optimize data pipelines for AI ingestion and development of AI-powered insights
- Establish a clear technical vision for a multi-Agent platform, including democratization of AI, acceleration of utilization of AI, applications of AI, and AI orchestration logic
- Lead cross-functional meetings to align development initiatives with product and business targets.
- Monitor and resolve technical issues in message processing, ensuring high system performance and reliability.
- Act as a bridge between business and engineering teams, translating complex technical requirements into actionable development plans.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in AI and systems design
What You’ll Need:
- Native or business proficiency in English.
- 4-5 years of experience in product management, ideally with some experience with AI
- Proven ability to manage complex technical projects, from ideation to launch.
- Strong understanding of AI and software development
- Familiarity with data engineering
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Business proficiency in Japanese language (preferred).
