English is the official communication language for Engineering and Product divisions.

Both English and Japanese are equally used for Corporate division. Communication languages are different based on the office location for Ad Business/Contents divisions.

Babel offers a minimum of 10 days of paid leave plus all Japanese public holidays.

They also offer a year-end holiday of 3 days.

Babel allows full remote work from anywhere in the world. There are no restrictions on location whatsoever, and they already have some employees working remotely from outside Japan.

Babel intends to continue this full remote policy even after COVID-19 is no longer an issue.

※ Employees are free to work from home or from our office in Tokyo.

Babel uses a flex time policy with core hours from 1:00PM to 5:00PM.
